The Solemnity of the Annunciation

Dear friends:

Although I am not able to be with you for your Leap of Faith programme I am pleased to send this letter of support and prayerful best wishes to the Ministry and Blue Veil members, as well as all of you gathered at the Paradise Banquet Hall.

Blue Veil has come into being as a way to glorify God and share with creativity and music the loving ways of Jesus under the special care of Mary, His Mother. The key element for a joy-filled and inspiring evening is to listen. There is a message that comes from God through his servants who seek only to bring us through their music to the Father and to make the message of the Father known to us through that same music.

This is given to us when we listen – listen to God and God’s intervention into history and into our lives. In Lent we are, like the people of Israel, on pilgrimage into holy mysteries, into holy places, listening.

May this evening be a time of fellowship, joy and listening.
