Please note that as a non-profit charity, we strive to keep our programs and services at a minimum cost by relying on in-kind donations. In the attempt to cover our immediate costs, we are requesting that schools provide payment on the day of the event. In regards to workshops and retreats, we ask that the school confirm the number of students that will be attending no later than one week prior to the workshop or retreat date. An invoice will then be issued based on the final number of students, as well as copy of the invoice can be faxed to the school upon request. The original invoice will be given on the day of the event.
